Elephant Graveyard

I'm pleased to report I'm taking part in an Exhibition in March, being held at Urban Outfitters in Bristol. It is the biggest they have had and has been organised/created by friends of mine Liam Barret and Adam Ruff. The work is all a really high standard and there are about twenty illustrators from all over the world involved so it should be a good one.

I haven't finished my pieces yet- but here's a little sneak preview:

We Take Ownership

Just finished a piece for a competition called 'The Art of Nurture' run by Lloyds TSB. The brief was to create a piece round the theme 'We Take Ownership' one of the companies key values. I drew a tree populated with birds who have made homes from top hats and teacups... 

This is the piece is the one I eventually submitted and the ones below are earlier trials.

I prefer the piece below but eventually rejected it for the competition as I thought I could deliver the theme more clearly in the piece above. (click on the images for a bigger view)
